tucson: I plan on going to Mexico on 11/23 but am unsure where to go. I was planning on going to Nogales but haven't heard anything good about it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!|||The best and closest to Tucson is Puerto Pe帽asco, but you call that city "Rocky Point". Many people from USA think Rocky Point is not Mexico, but it is. That is the closest beach to Arizona state, and actually is too far to most of mexican people.
