We are adventurous and want to have fun.|||The absolute best place to go right now is up to Mt. Lemmon. It's about 30 degrees cooler up there during the day. Just beautiful. Tohono Chul Park is a nice place also http://www.tohonochulpark.org/ Sabino Canyon is nice. You can take a tran ride. It is so hot right now (105 plus) so the best time is really early morning. http://www.sabinocanyon.com/ I used to work at Old Tucson Studios. It's not as good as it was before a fire destroyed it in the early 90's. You may or may not like it. http://www.oldtucson.com/ The Desert Museum is a great place to visit. http://www.desertmuseum.org/ I would take a nice drive over Gates Pass around sunset. It's a great place to have a picnic (early morn. or in the evening due to the heat) Your parents should know where it's at. If not, head west on Speedway and it'll take you over the mountain. The Desert Museum and Old Tucson are both out that way. That's Saguaro Natn'l Park West. There is also a Saguaro Natn'l Park East. Both are nice nature walks. There are a lot of vintage shops and nice cafe's. I think you'd like that alot. Whatever you do, I hope you have a great time here in Tucson!
