We are looking for the best way to get someone from Tucson to Scottsdale and the person will not have a car there and prefers not to rent.|||Yeah the bus would be the cheapest way, but not recommended. There is shuttles that can take you there for around $20. It only takes an hour and a half to get there.|||bus
